Canceled Service ,told we would get refund , it's been over 2 1/2 months and have not received the refund. We were lied to.Time Warner is not a trustworthy company.

over rated over priced and they can't fix it and I still have to pay 160.00 per mo.what a joke ! the service men that come out are great they try to make it right but poor equipment up the street so my service sucks and they DON'T CARE.and after 2 yrs.I got 1 free week big deal .

Hi can we get some help here!

They came to fix some one up with cable at our condo but did not out the things back together in the tube s the wires they were suppose to be in so all night they were out and got frozen and wet what's the problem with customer service why can't they do there job they don't even answer the phone I am a signature home person and they don't even answer the phone and i am suppose to get the top help anytime what's going on here?

When it goes out..you reach someone with a script that says, will get to you on Sunday...They have no idea how poor their customer service receiving calls and how infuriating they can be. Really looking for a different service.

Unbelievably Poor

I don't know where to begin this has been such a bad experience. I agree with all the other posts and add to it that this company should go out of business for lack of any customer service. It is reprehensible that anyone could be treaty as poorly as we have in trying to get service for, what I might add, we PAY FOR! Hoping these comments make a difference, but I doubt it! :( Totally dissatisfied.

I have tried to post this review 10 times by using the words requested and it has not taken it so far. I will keep trying. Ridiculous!

Time Warner cable

For some reason my bill goes higher and being charge for the month I did not have it spending way to much money on. This. Is a waste of money no deals they give you and they are losing all the customers now I know why well you are losing me as a customer been with you for a long time. The people you talk to toll free are not friendly and don't know what they are doing.

...nearly an hour into the call and I continually am put on hold and they even pretended they couldn't hear me so they could hang up. I am trying to downgrade service, which I am finding is probably harder than cancelling service altogether. I am literally being held hostage by these fools.

Poor Customer Service

I have tried off and on for several weeks to downgrade my service. A Customer Service Rep rarely answers the phone. When they do, they put you on hold again without resolving your issue. I remain holding until I have to hang up because I can't wait any longer. Meanwhile, I am paying for a service that I no longer want. I am also frustrated with trying to communicate with people whom I can't understand and they can't understand me.

WTF.....Lousy

I have spent hours trying to get to a live person. TED TURNER.....you must be a lost soul in this crappy company! I wish you had the cable box rebooted up your ass! They gave me the round around on the phone and told me that I can take the box to a outlet and see if they can fix it. Worst Company I have ever death with, truly a company that is maintain by false hoods and scams!

Horrible

Absolutely Horrible horrible service. Impossible to get through to anyone on the phone. Schedules appointments to correct the problem with a 4 hour window....and never shows up!!! Unbelievable!!! How does this company stay in business. I finally went to the TWC office to turn in my cable box and there was a line of about 50 people all returning cable boxes and canceling service. All were complaining about the awful service.

Banking Services is a fake dept.

I have a bill dispute and was given a number that asked for an extension. Of course I wasn't given one. Called the main line back and they said "I don't know if we can give you that number." WTF?!?!!? They do everything they can to give you the run around and I still haven't been able to get my issue resolved.

I have good comments about the service reps in the office here in palm desert and today the customer service person is terrific; very polite and trying to help me. I have had problems with bills and account confusion but my experience is that the live people are trying to help.

Worst Company Ever

Customer service is HORRIBLE! Tech Support by phone HORRIBLE! All you do no matter what phone number you call is wait for a live person, then they finally get on the phone from another country put you hold for 35-65 minutes until you get so frustrated that you hang up & start again. If you need a tech to come to your home it takes days! I have TW for less than 3 weeks & have spent more than 8 hours dealing with problems!
