No thanks for Vets
Went into a Taco Bell in Gilbert, AZ. I asked the lady if there was a Veterans discount and informed me that their wasn't. Not acceptable in my book as it shouldn't be in Taco Bell's either.

I have ordered food from Taco Bell in Tigard, OR many times and ask for green sauce. I always received the packets of green sauce but really wanted the heated up green sauce. the employee told me to avoid confusion I should always clarify that I want a "side of heated up green sauce."
The food is ready quick.Great service.
Anything at taco bell i will eat because all is so irresistible!
I just ate at the Taco Bell in Bradenton Florida on Manatee Ave and the burrito tasted like cleaning fluid. Maybe the person who cleans off the tables with the cleaning fluid and then runs the cash register should wash their hands before helping prepare the food. And from what I understand this is one of the managers. What a great example for the other employees. Will most likely not eat here again.
I order a bean burrito no onions extra red sauce and extra cheese 9 times taco bells are afraid to give you the cheese come on $3.00 extra for a pinch of cheese quit being so cheap with the cheese raise the price if you have too just give us some cheese not to mention they screw up my order again they for got my red sauce that was a dry crappy tasting burrito the dog ate it but i'm still hungry

I love to eat at taco bell, their tacos are yummy as well as healthy too with beans,chees...at our location customer service is also great. But they need to change their old dirty furniture which makes their restaurant's position down.i love their cinnamon twists, best place to eat there.
Amielia.....Horrible employee!!I just learned through employees that work here @ the Academy & Austin Bluffs"Taco Bell"-This is an assist mgr.the employees interated to me.She is a very hostile person.I have been eating at this Bell since I've lived in Colorado{15 yrs.}Last week{as well as many other times in the past few months...This person has yelled, blurtted, screamed,Hostillities towrads an employee...A new employee I would imagine,Since I've not seen this employee. However,I made a point to speak to this asst.mgr.STOP YOUR SCREAMING!
My son is 17 years old and works at Taco Bell in Searcy ark on race street been working there since April 2013 just this past month and last month a lot of employees aren't getting enough hours just this past week he's only worked 2 days and has bills too how do yaw expect a teenager to be responsible when he gets out off college to keep a job when the manager gives him no hope and he likes his money he was working 5 to 9 4 times a week down to 1 a week mybe not even tht wht kind of restaurant wants there employees to keep there head up and want to work when the manager knocks them down to nothin!
I was just at the location of academy and fountain about 20 mins ago. We asked to be served and I was told no. I understand that your computer is not available to work after 11 however this was 3 mins before. Your workers could have taken our order and they could have served us. However this was not the case. I'm 24 years old and have been an avid taco customer for years even when you guys served mashed potatoes! But I'm highly disappointed. I'm in the service business and I understand but this was a little disheartening. Knowing other food places aren't open. I just want to let you know of the disappointment in customer service and lack of commitment to your company and yor policy.
Thank you for your time Katlin Wallis Colorado Springs
Today I went to the Woodland Park, Co. Taco Bell. A bad idea. I tried to order the medium drinks advertised on the drive through menu board. After considerable effort I ordered a cherry lemonade, no help from the waiter on the other end! I ordered a burrito supreme with the drink and waited in line for a long time and finally picked up my order. You have confused help. The burrito was cold and did not have very much to offer, very small. I drove back and walked inside and told the young lady the burrito was cold and I wanted to sell it back to her. She said she would have to get the manager. Manager comes from the back room and asked how long ago did I purchase it, and I told her 3 to 4 minutes ago. She says nothing further and tuns and walks to the cooking station and asks if they [the cooks] had followed procedure. I look at the young girl and said forget it and leave the store. You need to get your act together!! I won't be back for further bad service! Thank you for your time. Mike
I had never had a bad experience before like the one I had today; it was just awful. I drive up to order two PH pizza combos and my order gets shorten by one pizza combo. I called the phone number five times when finally the Manager answers it. I told her what happened and she quickly tells me to go pick it up and hangs up on me. I drive up and she has this awful unhappy expression on her face. You could see that she hates her job. I feel SORRY for her. I forget to get my drink and I start to drive off when I noticed and so I drive back and she closes the glass window on me and walks away leaving me there waiting. Another employee finally walks up to the window and apologize's for the Manager's behavior and hands me my drink. OMG!
For the 5th time in thirty days I have gone into taco bell for evening meal before going to work, and found that they are out of beef. I am very dissatisfied with the service and the way your on hand stock is handled. I have worked in management in service stores before, and have never had the shortages you all have had. To be frank I have the same problems with Pizza Hut, who is another place you all handle, they never have the crusts that are requested on hand and lose a large amount of buisness just from our facility alone. This is a bad way to run one buisness let alone two of them
Very displeased with Platte City Mo Taco Bell its allways slow. Tonight at 1130 7-27-13 we went through drive through ordered nachos and bread sticks. Was informed it would take 8 minutes for the bread sticks. Took then 10 minuts to process the 3 cars in front of us we waited at the window another 5 minutes then the teller said I will have to refund you the money. I said I wanted them so they stated we had to pull out wait 5 minutes then go back through the drive through. We waited 10 minutes went back through the line had to wait again in line once at the window the teller stated that they forgot to drop in the breadsticks and he would have to refund us. then he got the shift manager and they had to try to figure out how to get the refund.I told them do not give me the refund because I was going to contact their corporate. As allso been in the food industry you need to have better customer satisfaction. I am definitely dissatisfied. I would like a apology and a replacement order.
I had my two grandsons at the Taco Bell in South Lyon, MI. We were the only ones eating inside. I noticed a couple of the employees were outside, then three police cars showed up. Someone came and told us that a new employee showed and appeared to be intoxicated. The manager decided to call the police to assist them in handling this problem. There was no apparent disturbance inside or outside the facility. He was handcuffed (outside) and searched and put in the police car. I highly approve of the way the employees and manager handled the situation, including telling me what was going on. The food was great, and the entertainment of a "real COPS" show for the two grandsons was priceless. Again, I commend the actions of your manager and employees and courteous enough to tell us what was going on and it we were not in danger.
Ordered 2 of these for my grandchildren from your branch on Northwest Blvd., Newton, NC 28658, got home and had cheese sauce only what a lunch..... I don't go to Taco Bell too often and the way I said Natcho cheese the way I have always ordered..Your employees need to start asking if that is with chips.. Who knew??? I am highly disappointed and sorry to say I don't go to your establishment since you did away with the Taco Salad.. You brought it back but not the same so I quit eatting it but my grandkids love Taco Bell... In future I will go inside just can't believe you would call cheese sauce Natcho cheese.... Thanks for the listening I guess my son will have to tale his children in the future... Too much trouble for me.... Jackie Godfrey
Went thru the drive thru at the Waterloo,NY store today and the service was bad. Received no fork or spoon to eat our food with, the side dishes were just laid on their sides and the juice of the cole slaw leaked all over the tacos in the bag, asked for taco sauce and received none and the best part is the employee handling our order seemed like she was disgusted to have to work. I will never return to that store and I intend on telling everyone I know of this experience
We recently visited the Cobleskill Store in NY. I saw the sign for the new Double Steak Questadia, so I ordered it. We sat down and when our order number was called, I went to get it. I smelled something burning as I walked up. When I sat down my questidia was burned on the outside of the shell. I took it back up, and the manager came over and asked what was wrong. I told him it was burned, to look at the shell it was black. He said that is the way they are. I told him to look at the picture on the wall, it was not black in the picture it was golden. I asked him to taste it. He did and said it was fine. I told him, I did not want it, and after a discusting look on his face he said he would make another. He told the maker to only put it in the heater for 15 seconds, this one was not burned. I have always been taught that the customer is always right. Is this not Taco Bell policy?? He should just have apoligized, and made me another, without the hassle. I doubt that we will return to any Taco Bell.
Last night we picked up a few Tacos at the Taco Bell in Des Moines, Wa., when we got home it was almost funny, we thought it was a joke or something, our tacos had Very, Very little meat in them less then a quarter inch if that, was the store running low on meat and stretching it out. Your parent company YUM BRANDS has millions of dollars of cash money on hand can't you al least put a generous amount of meat in your product.
