Sunglass Hut Customer Service

the worst company to do business with , don't ever try to return anything. They never give you money back. I'm going to sue this company !

on sept. 19 2014 I bought a pair of 8315 ray bans. I had to have them replaced a couple of time because the are broke. It just happened again. I need to get them replaced.

I went in to the Joliet, Il location on Sat 6/22. I had my mind made up on product I was purchasing for wifes Bday the following day. I have been a Sunglass Hut customer for over 5 years spending well over $1000 at this location. However, not anymore. Saturdays Sales rep was extremely rude and very matter of fact. Had no type of sense of humor or customer service skills. Me being in retail myself, understand the importance of a strong customer relationship and this guy had none. The biggest surprise was when he mentioned that he was the store manager. He spent almost the whole time complaining about training and working long hours. The guy didnt seem to even care that I was spending $270 for a pair of glasses. I went ahead and purchased them anyways simply because im a last minute shopper. But never again will I visit this location.
