Subway Customer Service

I placed a online order to the Columbia SC Decker location, drove to the store to pick it up, was told it wasn't done because the guy working was alone!!!! What kind of online order is that? Will never go to that location again!!!

the crew at this subway are very curtios and friendly..they made my sandwitch exactly how i asked and didnt complain when i changed my mind..2 thumbs up!

3 nights in one week, the store was closed over an hour early.

I am trying to make a comeplaint about a store in St. Helen, MI. Which does not give a Sr. rate on Subs. Paid $7.50 + tax for the sandwich. Are they not giving sr. rate to make more money? Every other store I have been to gives a sr. rate. Told this store I would not be back. And I mean it.!!

The Subway off of I-20 is a great place to order subs. I did not like subway until I started going to the one off of I-20.

I have always received great customer service along with very fresh great tasting food every time I have gone to a Subway.

I have always had great service and high quality products from Subway. All associates I have interacted with at different stores were all very friendly and smiled the entire time assisting me.

I ask for a rewards card and was told they could not give me one

is it against co. policy to NOT allow the customer to have a cup of water with his or her sandwich ???the manager @ this particular store gets upset at her employees when I ask for a cup for water to drink with my sandwich ??? please respond.

Every time I go to my local Subway for breakfast, I get charged something different. The meal is always the same: 6" flatbread w/eggs, ham, and cheese ... and a bottle of orange juice. It usually ranges from $3.45 to $3.75, somewhat consistent with the $3.50 advertised breakfast special (6" flatbread and a drink). Today, it was $6.50 until I argued them down to $4.05. Silly and annoying. Nationwide customer service wouldn't even entertain my question ... they say all pricing is up to the individual stores. Of course, it's up to me to choose which stores I visit. No more, store #36335 at 4653 Carmel Mt Road, San Diego 92130.

I absolutely love subway; however I have been diagnosed w/ celiac disease. I would love to know if you could make 'something' gluten free....a pizza or something!?? I can no longer eat subway unless just the meats, no breads or sauces w/ gluten.

THE service at this subway was good until they hired new people within the year, my family was a advant weekly buyer then the service with the new hires become poor not enough employees long lines you wait in and if you want to call an order in forget it it takes forever for them to answer the phone and sometimes they don't .

Every time I have gone there they always been so nice and sweet to my 4 year old. Always so helpful. The place soon you go in smells so good.

We are starting a 10 state boycott of all Subways if and when we see that government is mixing with private enterprises. In other words, If Michelle O is seen in any advertisements, a socialist pig pushing Hussein's ideology, we will activate our plans. As you know, they are very unpopular and can ruin your business especially the singling out of 1 corporation. BTW, I grew up in Milford, attended Jonathan Law HS. which will benefit with the taxpayers money.

Brand new location. It's so convenient, right next to 7-11. Staff is great and quality of food excellent.

I forgot to mentioned which Subway Store I had visited. It was Store #14642 located at the corner of Winton and Galbraith Road, Cincinnati, OH 45231

Bad part of town. The neighborhood was a little scary, and the staff reflected that. A little gruff, to the point and not at all too friendly.

Love this location. They're open 24 hours. They are always so friendly and quick.

Tried to get 3 of the six inch specials today...told we had to pay full price for a foot long and a six inch because they had a register problem and couldn't ring up the special price! Don't buy this excuse for one second. Disgusted and won't go back.
