Unbelievable
Went to this store with two full cards filled with stickers which warrants a free coffee for each full card. They refused to accept and honour them because the monopoly game has started. We purchased 14 coffees to get the cards full... you would think they could spare two coffees. They wouldn't let us speak to the manager, they failed to give us a receipt, pretended not to know the store number. Now it's basically impossible to make a complaint about the poor service. Well plaid assholes.
