Sonic Customer Service

My experience with sonic has been a bad one first with trainee from Mississippi and not giving you enough time to be trained and not being paid on time and going to Management and still not getting nothing resolve. Bad Management.

What the heck, do they ever have set times, seems to either be closed mostly, so don't waste your gas ! Or terrible food experiences ! You honestly never know what to expect anymore .

Come on , step up your game or shut it down . You should be ashamed ... learn to pay attention when making orders. I say easy ice you repeat easy ice and I get a cup full of ice that I cant put straw into. I order a number one with cheese and no onions. Well I got a burger NO CHEESE and a crap load of onions. Seriously tired of being disappointed. So you lost my business.

Only 1 out of every 5 visits do they ever actually get my order right. "Easy Ice" means very little. I always get an entire cup Full of ice. Tots are rarely cooked long enough and are almost always mushy. Ugh!

Your pictures on your boards and on tv do not even come close to the food you get when you get your order,I had the hardest most dryer up pretzels dog with should I say with hardly no bacon or cheese,yes it was hot but murdered.This was at the Morgantown Pa sonic on July 30

Visited sonic 7-26-13 in york sc. The order was all messed up the waitress had to come to the car three different times to get it correct and never did. then the riding horses that you pay to let the children ride did not work. when this was mentioned to the waitress., she stated "they never work" Will not return to th sonic again!!!!!

The store I would like to complain about is at 2309 S. Fourth Street, Leavenworth KS 66048. This location has to be the worst Sonic that I've ever experienced. I have to check my order every time I visit this location because 3 out of 4 times it is wrong. Last night I ordered two hotdogs plain with ketchup on the side and my order came out with chili, onions, and mustard on both. The time before I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and it came out breaded. One other frustration is that this location never uses cherries in their drinks which really upsets my kids because to them a cherry drink should contain them.

I go here everyday and I just love the food. Keep up the good work!

I went to your cliffdale rd location in Fayetteville NC and it was the worst ive ever had the tater tots... seemed like they were fried left sat out and thrown back in the fryer again.... y would I pay almost 4.00 for chili chesse tots that tasted like that....my dog didn't even want them!!
