Disgusting Service

Ordered a BLT with extra ketchup , waited for 15 min I eventually spoke to a manager waited another 10 to make and it has no ketchup and a couple hairs on my burger . I complained about the burger which I waited another 5 min still no ketchup . I complained one final time and as she was handing me the BLT she dropped it on the floor but the sandwich back together put it in the box and handed it back to me thinking I didn't notice . But I did . I saw it all . I'm looking at you Joan, after that I've never been back

Terrible service

It has happened a few times, and its still happening even when I ask if the sauce is in the bag with the mcnuggets. They say "yes" with a smile, get to work and no sauce, I guess management suck at this location

Disorganized

We often stop at this McDonalds and each and every time the place seems so disorganized, not even knowing where the line-ups start or end, cold food and staff giving the impression of chaos. Very disappointed and chances are they will not return to this location. What's the problem???

The staff were very slow and even at the drive thru we had to wait at least 5 minutes just to get 2 mcflurries
