Waited over an hour to get my hair fixed and they were rude. Bad customer service and management of time. Lancaster. Texas off Beltline

one of the worst rude workers lied to about wait time and watch people who came later than me sit and get there hair cut never will go again

I had waited a year to get a haircut. Walked in Style America and got a haircut what a mistake. Thinning shears on curly thick hair makes a rats nest. What a total mess. Went back for them to fix it. More thinning shears. I had no hair left in the back. I went from my hair down to the middle of my back to my shoulders. Avoid this salon have your child cut it.

Went to SmartStyle last night and the lady made us wait 30 minutes when she was on the phone then decided to cut her hair while she still talked on her cell phone

I went to the saloon for a trim well I sure got a trim a chopped trim very upset with stylist and manager of the saloon in Waynesboro PA I'm a former stylist and know a good hair cut I will never go to this saloon again. very bad experience the stylist I had needs to go back to school along with the manager so upset with my hair cut I could cry I have phoned the main office with my complaint we will see how long it takes to get back to me only advise I have is never go to this shop.

I went there last week. That was the worse hair cut I have ever gotten. Had one there in March and it was great. Now I have to go and pay someone to try to fix it.

November 23, 2012 I went and had my haircut by a pleasant and professional young woman named Eboni. I was so impressed by her attitude and also that she knows what she is doing when it comes to hair that I had to share this with everyone. She will be the only one that cuts my hair from now on. Also, a young woman named Nikki was working that day although she did not cut my hair that day her attitude and her great smile lifted my spirits. So if you have any hair needs these two young ladies I would highly recommend
