Really bad experience

I am a regural costumer at at macd I had really a big order then wen I get home the meat soooo dry I call in and the manager is telling me to return the food what kind of manager is that I don't think I will ever show ma foot there again.... He soo rude wen I was taking to him I had to hung up the phone.....

just horrible how they talk to their customers. Not to add to the ice cream machine does not work, went there again and it still does not work.
