Poor Service
June, 2013 I ordered an ice cream cake for Father’s Day. In detail, I described to a girl at the front desk what kind of decorations I wanted to see on my cake and even brought a picture to make everything clear. How disappointed I was when the girl handed me a cake that was unfinished. There were words written on the cake, but the main decoration – an ice cream cone – was missing. I saw it was written on the paper the girl had in front of her on the counter. She did not bother to read it. So I had to explain again about the ice cream cone. I wanted raspberry ice cream in the cone, but the girl said they didn’t have raspberry ice cream. Why wasn’t I told when I was placed the order a week earlier? I did not argue with the girl because I was late and didn’t have time to spend explaining the issue. When I got home I noticed another “surprise” – a spelling mistake! Anyways, my husband and my Father really appreciated the cake and found it delicious.
