Dishonest or Incompetent?
Went into the store, was going to buy a phone and plan. Canceled before leaving the store. Then received a bill for 3 months. Called Virgin. They told me to go back to the store. I did that. The Manager and the Clerk said they would cancel the charges. They DID NOT? Now Virgin sent the charges to a COLLECTION AGENCY? Horrible Experience.
