Today i ate lunch at the Ruby Tuesdays in Fayetteville, Ga. I have been a regular customer at the Ruby Tuesdays in Peachtree City for over five years and always had a good experience (excellent food, excellent service), unfortunately they closed last year) the staff was personable and professional. The sevice I have experienced at the Fayetteville location has been deplorable each and every visit. Today's experience was the final straw. I will never ever step foot in this location again. I would rather dine at the Olive Garden across the street. This is my last experience; I sat at the bar and told the server behind the bar that I was going to have the salad bar, which I have never been dissappointed in. After my meal lunch my server gave me my bill(9.53 best deal in town) .After taking my debit card and processing it with no issues. she proceeded to say in a loud enough voice that couldhear at the bar, Mr Deters I need to see your drivers liscense. , because your signature is smeared on the back of your card. I replied its in my car and the purchase is only 9.53 and you need extra ID you must be kidding? She said no I must see your drivers liscense. I went past the hostess stand at the front door where the manager was standing, he said have a great day, thank you for coming to Ruby Tuesday. i replied not so much I have to get my ID for a 10.00 purchase. Even though he could see I was clearly frustrated and embarrased. He said well guess that's what you have to do.After I returned with my ID and gave it to the server .Even after I gave the sever my ID she took unnessary about of time inspecting my ID to insure the card belonged to me. much to my humiliation. To add insult to injury she repeatedly and loudly told me to have a "great day Mr. Deters". As I left and walked past the hostess stand, the manager was engaged in an flirtatious conversation with a female customer. He did not acknowlege me or make any comment about my obvious dissatification with what had taken place. I am a 57 year old business owner locally as well as in Anaheim California as well a customer of Ruby Tuesdays for over ten years. I have never been treated so unprofession and have recieved less scruitany going thru Atlanta Airport by TSA on my buisness trips to California. BTW, not even Waffle House, I-Hop, Denny.s or even McDonalds requires an ID for a Debit card purchase for under 25.00. Thank-you, John Deters ' .

Not consistent in food product nor management skills

We have been a regular at Ruby T. For at least 10 years. Two weeks ago we went in got our usual steak, salad bar, we also give a side up for a extra salad bar. The lady who waited on us was the ass manager, she was snippy every thing she said to us was with a superior attitude. So as we're leaving to pay, i looked at the ticket to find she charged me For the ribeye16.99 then the up charge 7.99 for two salad bars. I said to her Ma'am this total is higher than my normal charge, she said well, management says that's the price, so if you don't like it just talk to the Manager next time you come in. I thought to myself well that may never happen again. So against my better judgment we went back tonight. I spoke to our server about our order 1 ribeye dinner w salad bar purchase another salad bar for 2.99, he said oh yeah we do that all the time, I ask how long he'd worked there he said over a year and before that he was a salad bar person. I know he had because I remember him So out steak comes out not a 16 oz ribeye more like 8 -10 Oz. strip steak. We ask for it mwell, it was rare bloody! Then we ask for steak sauce and extra napkins we were almost thru with our steak when the sauce got to us. I also ask for extra ice there was almost none in my glass I.like a lot of ice no more ice, I was ticked. We then waited For 15 minutes for our check, I put $40.00 in the blk folder When he finally came back I had 5.00 as my change. So I'm again in one way or another paying more than the 22.00 I usually used to pay before the issue with the ass. Manager. I guess they got tired of our consistent business. One more thing we have also noticed the plates are smaller on the bar. The tomatoes were old and the ham was old. The bar itself has no fruit raisins grapes or cranberries any longer. I think well try some new rest. If this is how Rts wants to run the company. I think the management in this store is very rude and undeserving of Her prestigious job. We make enough money to pay her wages for the rest of her life w out even noticing it. The reason we share is we can't booth eat a full steak order now that we're older. Springfield mo. customer service

today some old hs friends and I went to the DeKalb Ill. ruby tues. Our server was a young man, named Toby. He looked like a college student, and we found out he's 32, has 3 kids, works two jobs. He was excellent, informative, fun, patient and very knowledgable about the menu..... he had a great sense of humor without trying to be funny, and he was polite and on the job. If I was in management for your company, this is just what I would be looking for in an employee... Toby is his name, and he lives about an hour from us, plus working the two jobs. That speaks to me of a great work ethic, and willingness to go the extra that it might take a young family... Toby is, one of those shining stars, and if I were you, don't let him get away he's worth a lot. Thanks Toby for the great experience, your were awesome... God Bless
