I have spent over an hour simply trying to make contact by telephone with someone at the branch office I frequent. I have concluded it cannot be done. I have been a customer for more than 50 years but I will begin shopping for a new bank immediately.
the customer service phone line..never answer always its... your waiting time more than 15 min, and I waiting more than 1 hour and nothing. at any time its the same
I TOO CAN'T BELIEVE THERE IS NOT ONE BRANCH IN THE MELBOURNE, BEACHSIDE AREA NOT OPEN SAT AM. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT HERE.
Can not believe in this day and age not being open on Saturdays at least till noon... What are you thinking??? Never open another account with Regions do to access.
