Worst Customer Service Ever

I tried to put in an order over the phone, they said I would have to make the order in email so that they could get the graphic correct. They already have the graphic on file. I then proceeded to explain what I wanted and when I received the order it was wrong. I then called the office to try and get it fixed, I got a "Well in my world that is what you got", answer. I will NEVER order from this location again!!!!!
