I celebrated my mother's birthday on September 20th. We were very happy with the service. The servers were awesome. They were prepared for our big group of 32. Everyone had a good time. The food was good. They let us store our cake in the back. Awesome night overall!!!
This new East Side on lasalle is terrible. My family and I waited 30 minutes for service and no one showed up at our table. Oddly enough there were 3 young ladies standing in the corner with plates in their hands talking and socializing. As I left the restaurant, b/c didn't get service or acknowledgement, told the "5" young ladies standing by by the door why we were leaving. Poorly managed and in my opininion a manager needs to be there to kick these employees in the ass for standing around uselessly. You don't deserve the ESM franchise if you can't do proper business.
Very disappointed new restaurant service was horrible! Got there at 5:50 pm. Told would be seated in 1 1/2 hrs seated in 1hr hour took 15 minutes to get served. took another 20 minutes to get a salad no bread no salad refill. took 40 minutes for the food asked for a salad refill and some bread. Still no salad refill or bread. Pasta sauce was very watered down. pasta was swiming. Going to think twice about going back. Waitress kept apologizing but nothing improved
why would they reopen a new version of a restaurant that was filthy and gross , we tried it again and to no surprise its hopelessly unorganised and yes like the southend Eastside ( same owner ) the food remains gross !
