Terrible customer service
Arrived to find a back in 5 mins sign on a closed shutter, then after 20mins when the sales guy came back he was rude and unhelpful.
He told me it was not possible to upgrade instore and it had to be done over the phone.
A quick trip to the store on commercial road showed this to be a complete lie and there staff were friendly and helpful night and day compared to the cascades store.
