Disgusted
I am totally disgusted by the way myself and my daughter was treated by a very cocky member of your staff today and to say the manager was less than helpful would be a understatement I have been made to feel like a total idiot in front of other customers when the error was yours and not mine I will be taking this matter to head office!!!!!
