Shocking
The staff in McDonald's were appauling. They made me wait 20 minutes for a meal when there ere no customers around and then ignored our remarks about McDonald's waiting time and customer policies before angrily slamming our food down without making eye contact. I even thanked them but to no avail there wasnt a reply or acknowledgement. Why bother to work in customer service when the service is so poor? The staff need reprandjnnf and monitoring big time.
