hi- visited the swinton store (1.3.13)-checked my bill today, to find i'd been charged twice for a product -there was no telephone number on the reciept-so searched on google for store number-yes there was a helpline but 'closed' today. hence i am sending my comments via this system. I have only just started to shop regularly at Aldi- and until now have always been happy with the service. i know these things can happen, i just want to know how i sort this out ? What happens in situations where products have been scanned twice, as i in theory i dont have any proof that i only took 1 product home! Thanks, i look forward to your response.
