Worst service I have in my life.
WORST possible bank to try to contact by phone--impossible to get through their phone system to reach a human being.
I always try to be patient and understanding, but this the worst Bank I have ever dealt with ! From customer service to office hours. I hope that someone will Step Up and make this Bank a Bank that it should be.
I cannot get in touch with my local branch. I can see by the other comments that this is a system-wide BofA problem. When I got connected to customer service, THEY could not even contact the branch. I wonder if anyone works there? And the hours - drive through only until 4pm, except Fridays it's 6pm. So, I guess if I want to talk to anyone, I'll go to drive through on Friday evening. What a crock! I thought I would never find a bank with worse service than Wells Fargo, but BofA "wins" the "Worst Service EVER" award!
The Forest Drive bank has got to the worst bank I have ever had to deal with! Inept is a kind word! What a sorry state of affairs. Pathetic.
I need a credit card no matter what and by the ways thanks for the special deals. What about inheritance loans if we don't get our inheritance because of things we don't want to know about. And here's an idea, send out credit card notices and loans notices directly in email to every student of America no matter what anyone says.
Anyone who banks at this bank should have their head examined,,,as a matter of fact I would make them pay you to Bank there,,I just wanted to pay on My Friends CC for him while he was in the Hospital and I can only say,,WHY why would you bank at this pathetic place???????/
It is impossible to get a local phone number for my local branch. this is SO annoying I will do all my banking at a competitor!!!!!!!! I even called the 800 customer service center number and they said my local branch DOESNT have a contact number and I would have to visit IN PERSON.

I will never use your bank for my banking needs as you have the most annoying automated service. I work in customer service and if our customer service were as bad as your companies we would no longer be in business. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get through to a customer service representatives at ANY of your branch locations! All I wanted to ask is if anyone had turned in a lost car key!!!!
The connection is so bad that you can't even hear/understand what the recording is saying. Why do you make it so difficult to find out what your hours of operation at a particular location are? It's absolutely ridiculous that you can't get a phone number to your local branch to ask a simple question!!!!!!!
