Awful
One of the worst experiences of my coffee drinking life. The staff were quite slow and uncomfortable, and the manageress was lazy and loud, just talking small talk with customers whilst people were waiting for their drinks. The shop was dirty and the music far too loud, and when I complained to the manager about my drink having bits of coffee grains in the refused my refund and was very rude. I shan't be going there again, especially as there is a far better coffee shop in the park at Blackroot.
