Hours may fluctuate
It may be a little bit ragged around the edges but the staff in this store make all the difference; even when the queue is out the door (and I come often so I have seen it like this) the staff are always in a great mood, smiling and being playful with their work! More vistas in Brighton like this please!!
Love Costa, hate staff at western road one.. Every other time they get my order wrong or forget about my order at all.. Rude, often slow but always enough time to chat to a colleague. Dancing and eating while serving customers... Once heard "sh...t" when one of them dropped a muffin on the floor ... Costa customers deserve better.
Like many costas on brighton, they employ European students who don't understand English. I visit Costa regularly and can't count how many times my order has not been listened to properly or how many times I have been talked to in a rude and abrupt manner. Costa need to sort out their staffing or other leading coffee chains will be taking over, fast.
