Item Returned SEVERELY DAMAGED

My item was returned permanently and severely damaged. It cannot be worn anymore. A refund for the cleaning and compensation for the damage was refused. Will never be going back.

Will ruin your sweaters! Zero stars!

I sent 4 new sweaters to this place and they stretched out ALL of them to twice the size. Then they tried twice to reduce the stretch and basically destroyed 2 of them while not correcting any of them. I would never recommend this business to anyone!
