worst costomers service ever.
So, I wrote to head office due to the lack of customer service. The 2 associates I dealt with, even the manager were 2 of the unpleasnt people, who could not handle a complaint about a ring and it all came down to that I had to go for a walk and come back, so they could cool down and deal with the situation. I will never go back there after spending $4thounsand dollars in the last 3 years!! The store manager is rude, and can not handle situations and than she gets scared and calls the mall security, due to lack of confidence. It is so sad that Ben Moss had to hire a person with no self esteem and gets scared. To bad I could not sit front of the store stop people from shopping there!
