incompetent staff in electronics dept. No delivery as paid for; no way to contact local store where purchase made-- when I called got the Philipines twice. If I call the local store in BC I want to talk to a person who works at the store! Totally dissatisfied with the lack of details provided and no followup. Sears is going down the tube if they continue with no customer service. You need to talk to the customers and provide firm details on delivery, product, etc . Extremely frustrated and disappointed after dealing with Sears for 50 years.
