Over heard a store manager at 567 repremand an employee for not showing me a shoe... really not needed. I felt really bad for the young lady. She obviously has NO PEOPLE SKILLS.. and should NOT BE a manager.

I will not be shopping your store after reading reviews that u have listed I don't need that kind of treatment and my family won't be shopping there either
I have the worst customer service at the Payless in the Mall of America store number 4442. The management was rude yelling at employees at the register. Having us wait in line until she got done. She told the lady ahead of me that she can wait because she was rude just for asking for help. I will never shop at a Payless again none of them for the service at one. Also I want to add I went to the store manger Amanda and she rushed me off the phone. rude!
On 6/08/13 we went to your store located in Garden Grove, CA appx. about 6pm, when we're ready to paid for a pair of shoes and presented a coupon (code #2251399139) which we obtained from Shopular, the cashier refused to honor it because she could not scan and wouldn't type in the code. It's was embarrassed especially when you're with your daughter.
Shame on Paylees, obviously you don't know how to interview. You all must just let anyone work for Payless. My experience at the Fairgounds Mall in Pa use to be good until you all hired this horrible excuse of a manager. She is rude and very pushy. She talks behind your back in her language as if no one understands, (but I did) she called me things that I'm to lady like to write or say. Why, Payless why?
