Customer service

I read all these comments on how the service sucks, but you know i worked for them. i would call when your orders ready, tell you how long it would be till i arrived at your residence i always brought plates,napkins, and seasoning packets - sometimes extra garlic cups and cups for sodas. AND i WORKED AT A GHETTO STORE I still managed to make decent money because I went above and beyond. Treat others as you would wish to be treated.

food prep--no gloves

I have always loved Papa John"s Pizza. Would not use any other . On one particular occassion I happened to see the young kid making my pizza. OMG ! Bare hands. Who does not use gloves now in the food service industry. PLEASE!!!!

Bad Corporate Citizen

Ol' Papa doesn't want to pay for his employees health insurance. Says he will do whatever it takes to avoid following the law with regard to employee benefits. To that I say I hope he chokes on his own garbage pizza. Sauce on cardboard.

Delivery?

What is your rule for delivery distance? We live at 3315 County Road 36, Robstown, TX which is 6.5 miles from your 5 points store. I would even pay extra for delivery if necessary but the answer is NO! Our family would likely order often if delivery was available. Is that an impossibility?

Worst Customer Service recieved

Delivery guy was nasty. Got upset because he didn't get enough tip and told me: "Next time I know better" I took that as a threat!

Too busy to Satisfy a repeat customer

Terrible customer service very on organized was told 40 minutes for pizza and hour and a half it took they charge my credit card two different times and did not bring me the receipts it becomes an issue when you have children waiting for their dinner... I've ordered from them in the past and don't know why ordered again and I will never order again

Stopped by yesterday after finding a coupon online. 1/2 off a large for Memorial day. What better way to celebrate my American freedom than eat a large by myself?! Service was fast and friendly, and the pizza was hot and scrumptious. The delivery fee was $3, so I drove the half of a mile and picked it up.

No more Papa Johns!

Have only ordered once and wont again! Bad stuff!

On my way h9ome today I had a driver from there cut in front of me at a red light! Had to slam on my brakes and still almost hit him! Followed him to work and talked to his manager, and got nowhere! He didn't even care! Never will I order from there! Will call Corp but doubt I will hear anything! Will also tell everyone I know and ask them not to order from them either!

Messed up orders

On May the 12th I placed an order for my sons Birthday party here is what I ordered: 2 Lrg Double Bacon 6 cheese pizzas, 1 Lrg The Works pizza, 1 Lrg Spicy Italin pizza, 2 orders of the 6 cheese cheese bread, 2 orders of the BBQ wings, 2-2liters of pepsi and 2-2 Mt Dew What I got is: The 2 lrg double bacon 6 cheese pizza, I Lrg The Meats pizza, 1 Lrg Johns Favorite pizza, 1 order of Buffalo Wings, 1 order of Honey Chipotle Wings and NO Sodas..So I called back to let them know what was wrong on the order and the girl apologised to me for inconvience and stated she would get the correct order to me..after waiting another 44 mins the delivery driver delivered our order and agian it was wrong..they sent out another 2 lrg double bacon pizzas and not the Lrg The works pizza and the lrg spicy italin pizza and the sent out another 2 orders of honey buffalo wings and not the BBQ ones we ordered and still no sodas..so again I called and was told that it had already been replaced but when i explain to the manager what happened she told me she wasnt going to do anything further it pissed me of and i used some choice words she then gave me the number to the regional managers number and I have yet heard from them..I just want my order I placed..We have used and spent lots of money overthe yrs with Papa Johns and still willing to do so but please fix this order..

After hearing of Papa John's attitude toward health care and making a concerted effort to give employees only part time care, I will never order from Papa John's again. Talk about corporate jerks! You aren't supporting the people that do all of your work.

Disgusted

Papa johns commercials brag about better ingredients better pizza no one will ever find that out by calling nd speaking to their and I use this term extremely loosely customer service reps. I work for an insurance company and they stressed that we were at the very least polite to the members polite is something papa johns reps can not spell or define I dnt even like pizza but my mother would order and be asked to call back bc they are doing inventory or were to busy and be placed on hold for extended periods of time how do u expect to maintain a business and the first lne of defense your reps... Are RUDE it is hard to work in customer service however that is no excuse for their blatant dis respect and utter disgust with their job ......it may be better pizza and better ingredients but customer service counts for ALOT !!!!!!!!

mismanaged store

I just wanted to say I just spoke to a district manager for Papa Johns about the complaint I made on Friday, April 19th, 2013 and was told it is okay to go to work, get punched in to the job, then leave with the boss for the time you are to be working, so you and this "boss" can have private dining and still get paid. Well if you have money to blow that's okay with me. Then since they can't proved the break in or that they smoke weed it is again okay to be doing these things. I don't know what kind of pizza store you run for your customers in a poor city but this is not good. The worse part is you do nothing about the problems because you don't care as long as you make money. SHAME< SHAME< SHAME. This will come back to bite you someday. Another thing is when this district manager called he told me it is okay to tell the boss who made the complaint about him, which who then comes to my house like a raving fool just to tell me because I complained he got a big big promotion. That corporate lawyers from Papa Johns were helping him and he is untouchable. I thought this was a better company with good morals. Boy was I wrong.

Quality

my first and lat visit to a Papa John's Pizza. Told the girl I wanted a 12" with all excepts anchioves, peppers....got home...huge chunks of onion...lots of bell pepper an very little meat. I am so sorry Papa Murphy's closed { due to bad location} but this is simply awful pizza. one piece and the other in the trash.

Terrible service

Seems to be a ongoing complaint here your business will never be anything with the crappy customer service that your employees give. Rude disrespectful and just plain doesn't care about the customer ps. Stop bragging about the ingredients bdcsuse people will get worse quality instead of having to deal with the rude employees.

Terrible Customer Service

About 3 weeks ago, I ordered 2 pizzas online. The confirmation said they would be ready for pick up in 15-25 minutes. When my husband arrived, 20 minutes later, he was told our order would be another 15-20 minutes, because a large online order had come in AFTER our order. My husband told them he didn't think that was very fair, but that he would be back. When he returned, another 20 minutes later, he was told that our order had been canceled! I sent an email to customer service, on the website. I have heard absolutely nothing back from anyone! Since Papa Johns apparently doesn't care about my business, they will no longer be getting it. Dominos is better anyway, and has always given great service!

Bad Customer Service

I have been getting our pizza from King of Prussia Papa Johns for 2 years ... my wife likes the tomatoes on the side .. they have always done as I ask. This time they refused to give me some tomatoes on the side!! Very very poor customer service ... I am probably done with Papa Johns because of it. I am in the hospitality business and every pizza place in the world gives you tomatoes on the side if you request!! NO they refused!!! After 2 years and now they say NO? Simply dont understand and will not send any of my guests to Papa Johns ever again!

Shocking!

My husband and I have always preferred Papa John's pizza but after the experience and treatment, we received at the location in Onteonta, AL, we will not be back. Not only was our order incorrect but when we tried to resolve with location personnel we were treated rudely and even cursed at. I then contacted customer service and explained the issue in depth and was told I would be receiving a call from the customer service supervisor very promptly. This was 6 days ago and neither I nor my husband have been contacted! I have been in customer service for 30 yrs...and charged with handling dissatisfied customers...I would neverhave waited even one day to address and resolve a complaint of such seriousness. Maybe Papa John's advocates their employees cussing their customers...I for one am shocked and very disappointed in the lack of resolution.

Discriminatio

Just hear on station 1510 papa johns in d.c. refused to deliver a pizza to Rand Paul. Even for a $100.00 tip said weather was too bad. I called ALL papa johns in the d.c. area. ALL WERE DELIVERING. A sandwich place delivered to him free of charge. papa john's can forget our pizza eating.
