Very Bad Customer Service

Each time I go into the Harmony store, I can never get service. Even when it's not busy. I see the sales staff chatting with each other and completely ignoring me. It's frustrating. I hope Best Buy opens up here soon.

Bad

Bad customer service , rude staff.. Waited in line for 10 mins and the cashier told me she couldn't take cash.. Only debit or credit, then had to wait in another line. Who doesn't take cash?? Seriously ??

Worst customer service

Don't buy any apple products here. Worst customer service ever. They don't even look at your reciept. Nothing. Before i could get out what was wrong they said go to apple. They was no this is how i can help you and point you in the right direction. The small mousy customer service rep was rude and unempathetic. I would never buy anything there again.
