Don't phone

I've phoned multiply times and I get to where I'm being transferred to product info and it rings, then disconnects the call!!!!!

Let it be known that I have had the most positive experience with the people in this store today.

The people at Customer Service and the salesman were extremely helpful and supportive through this process.

It's the sort of experience which will take me back to this store for future purchases.

I don't know how to say this any better :o) ... thank you everyone !!!!

Pissed off

Don't bother calling the store they're useless and can't direct a simple call. Even if by luck they transfer you to the right extension no one answers. Shop somewhere if you value your time as they clearly don't.
