Office Max Customer Service

Purchase Laptop at a Phoenix,Az.location on 8/12/13 and to this day I have not received my laptop or refund! I have called the customer service department dating back to 9/1/13 Each time someone tells me this issue will be resolved but customer service agents do not follow up on their promises to resolve. Five months have passed and this issue still has not been resolved. I would STRONGLY recommend no one shop at Office Maxl and let the our free market system run them out of business for their POOR customer service!!!

I went to the Office Max store in Greenwood, SC today to purchase a Garmin GPS advertised on sale for $99.99. They were out of stock, said the warehouse was out and the item was discontinued. Why put this in a Sales Insert this week if this is true? This is very poor business practice to say the least.
