Went to the Broadway store today and received really good service picking out mini Ipad and cases. No complaints, solid service all around.

Went there to buy Destiny for xbox 360. Had to bring the case to the front to get the game, I bring up the case for the 360 version and the clerk comes back with the Xbox One version. Fortunately I noticed before I got home. But I was also not made aware of the fact that in order to play this game I need a hard drive to hold the data for the game. I could've bought one while at Futureshop but instead, I get home and try to play the game, and cant because I'm without hard drive, and by then Futureshop is closed so I'm SOL until the next day. It's disappointing that the employees there are not informed about the specifics of the products they sell which I attribute to poor management. From now on I'm taking my business elsewhere.
They don't answer the phone...? Lack of selection and stupid prices
We bought an ASUS computer from this store 6 months ago. Now it will not connect to the internet. ASUS are not helping and Future shop has no interest whatsoever in providing any support for their useless product.
I would warn people not to buy even an electric pencil sharpener at this store
