Worst customer service. I waited for 20 minutes to be waited on to purchase a new computer. Five sales personnel just kept talking and laughing with each other and no one offered to wait on me. This was in the Waxahachie, TX store on Saturday 5:00 p.m. Sorry, you missed a good sale.
bought a new computer with the extended warranty guess what something happened to the computer took it back and was called , wanted to charge me . so I guess the extra warranty is just a way to get extra money. stay away from office depot. probably will have better luck with radio shack or the local dime store..
Store Availability-I am sure this will fall of deaf ears but for what it is worth there is not a single office supply store in the I-74 corridor between Monroe, N.C. and Lumberton, N.C. I am sure your company has staff for demogragraphics as well as populations statistical gathering for the decisions involved in determining new store locations. However, given the number of rural communities, small towns, as well as indutries along this corridor of I-74, it would not take a genus to determine that given the lack of competition(duh none) that a store located in a town of some size i.e. Wadesboro or Rockingham NC might be a success. Whomever reads this please take credit for the idea as these rural areas and especially the I-74 corridor in the stated area would be a no brainer for a new store location. (without competition) And the business communities need them as well as self employed entrepeneurs,
