bad experience
OMG i experienced the same thing with the staff, i will never recommend easy home, watch the walls, sit on the floor if no cash to buy items, They ask for references which i did, i provided job letter and paystub, next thing i know they are calling my boss and never told me. Very unprofessional, paystaub and job letter is proof i am working why call my boss???? the whole experience was unprofessional i ask them to pick up their items as i wanted to pay monthly and they set up biweekly and the General Manager refuse to change it.I called customer service who advised me someone would call me within 48 hrs but no one did, SMH......
