Customer Service experience
I rented a piece of furniture at that location and overall had a terrible first hand experience with them after one month. They are extremely welcoming at first when they are trying to get your business. After you sign the paperwork, they are constantly sending you text messages and calling you to remind you that you have a payment coming and after a while it becomes really annoying. If you have unforeseen circumstances with payment like after 1 day, they don;t want to work with you or even consider payment arrangements. Overall, terrible business to deal with. My advice, save your $$$ to buy your own furniture at an actual retail store.
