Bad customer service
I have purchased two entry doors from your store in Chicago, located on Kostner/North Ave. Both doors were defective, a big gap in between the slab and the frame. My contractor did not notice until he instaled them. I went back to the store and brought one of the managers at my property to see, he agreed, took some pictures and asked me to fill a complaint form. He said they will not be able to take the doors back unless is aproved by corporate. I was told that I will be contacted thru e-mail and mail. It has been three weeks and I was not contacted by anyone. I have two tenants that are very upset because cold air is going into their appartment. I have to pay their heat bill this month and if the tenants will leave, I will sue the store.
