Bad customer service

I have purchased two entry doors from your store in Chicago, located on Kostner/North Ave. Both doors were defective, a big gap in between the slab and the frame. My contractor did not notice until he instaled them. I went back to the store and brought one of the managers at my property to see, he agreed, took some pictures and asked me to fill a complaint form. He said they will not be able to take the doors back unless is aproved by corporate. I was told that I will be contacted thru e-mail and mail. It has been three weeks and I was not contacted by anyone. I have two tenants that are very upset because cold air is going into their appartment. I have to pay their heat bill this month and if the tenants will leave, I will sue the store.

REBATES !!!!!!

In order to claim my stinking three dollar rebate, I must obtain a rebate form at the store, take it home, fill it out, make a copy of it and make a copy of the receipt, find an envelope, put filled out rebated form AND receipt in the envelope, address it, find a stamp, take it to the post office, wait, wait, wait some more, receive the rebate voucher, take it to the store, then BUY something else. If this isn't a royal pain, I don't know what is!! If you are going to give me a deal, then give me a deal but don't make me jump through hoops to get it.

Good shopping experience

I just wanted to say that the employees at the Tipp City Ohio store were so helpful on the morning of Black Friday. They were located all around the store answering questions and directing shoppers to the products they were looking for. There was also employees directing shoppers to the checkouts. More stores should follow the lead for Black Friday sales. thanks again for a good shopping experience.

Purchase a part?

I need the phone number or e-mail address of your Patriot Lighting subdivision. I purchased Patriot Lighting Flush Mount twin pack . 13 inch ceiling lights 351-4204 at a garage sale. 1 of the lights had the insulator reflector missing. I would like to know if it is possible to purchase just the insulator so both lights are usable? Please let me know if possible and what the cost will be? Thank you, Linda Pavich
