McDonald's Customer Service

Don't go to the McDonald's at 6125 Grand Avenue in West Des Moines, Iowa. The service is slow, they couldn't get an order right to save their lives and with no receipt couldn't get what I had paid for. I waited 17 minutes to get to the pick up window at 2:45pm on a Saturday. They didn't give me a receipt and when I got home they hadn't given me the new bacon habenero ranch Quarter Pounder that they were asking me if I wanted. I have left an email with McDonald's Corporate but I doubt I will hear anything back. Just a heads up for this location as this isn't the first time these things have happened

I just visit the drive thru at concord pike in Delaware I order 4 cheeseburgers with just ketchup among others items living 20 minutes away took the food home surprise the cheeseburgers don't have cheese if I wanted a hamburger I would have order that hamburgers I paid cheeseburgers live to far to drive back in the future make sure you put cheese on the cheeseburger this is one unhappy customer

I purchased a med. frappe caramel tonight from the McDonalds on Pleasant St. in Attleboro, MA. I love those cold drinks. Tonight though, it did not taste good, it had an aftertaste that was pretty bad. This is the first time that has happened to me. I wonder what the person added to the drink that tasted so foul. I live a ways off so I was unable to return the drink tonight. Is there any way I can either get another drink or get my money back?

She is so very very polite and always so sweet when we come thru I ask was she a manager and she saud no mam she knows customers,by voice that us a number one perfect in my book..she should be a manager at this store...

The Mc donalds in West of Corona sucks, on one of my visit at night I order a big Mac combo on drive thru and on my way getting it I've notice my soda was missing n my sister was slowly driving n told her to stop n drove back to see a lady that she was staring me all smiling n once I told her of my drink she grabs her left side n give it to me immeadly n no sorry trying to ripped me off n once I've left I had to go back wasting her gas that I had homework to do that had no straw n I'm not an animal so one I've got it still no aplogy. I hate it even more when I order they ask my name which there uneducated of saying it wrong w no microphone n I have a hearing problem so it's her fault that's she stupid. God I want all the Mc Donalds bussiness crush and taken over by in n out who gives u 100% safaction with loyalty run by smart people.

I went through the drive through to get a drink. I ordered and then sat in line for nine minutes waiting to pull forward. Something was wrong with the order at the window so everyone had to set and wait and wait and wait. I eventually pulled away out of line and left. Service was poor poor poor and I will avoid that location from now on. Even using other brand establishments just to avoid poor service.

I went to the McDonalds on 8th St in Altoona, IA last night and after placing order at speaker and advising that gal that last time I was there that the big frys that I had gotten last time was only 1/2 full and suggested maybe they throw in a small fry for free this time. She advised she would have her manager talk to me at the window when paying. When I went to pay this women was there and looked and me as if what do you want...but I it was like yes, then she was talking to the girl at the window advising that she had made a mistake on the pricing of order, and then looked at me again and at register and then was talking to the girl again and then back at me and I repeated myself again on the frys and she just looked at me, so I advised I would just pay and then she advised that I was being rude to her and that she was not going to serve me. Needless to say, I left and will not be back at the location ever. If anything she was the rude one by not asking politely what was wrong and paying full attention to me and not the person taking the order. I am almost 70 years old and never in my life had a been refused service anywhere and I have in my life worked in customer service and know that you are to treat your customer's better than I was treated. I was very very very bad.

This is a new McDonald's and the food and service is reprehensible. I don't know if the kids working their just don't give a damn or are plain ignorant. I own a business less than a mile from this McDonalds, you can't drive fast enough that the food isn't cold when I get back to work. I have a written list of peoples order from work and they have managed to screw it up 9 out of 11 times we have been there. Everytime we go in there is a line of people who are returning food because it was prepared wrong or COLD. Today 3/7/12 was the last straw. ordered 2 McDoubles Ketchup & real onion only, of course the cheese,. Now the grill sticker said just that, but the burgers were Musturd (dripping) & pickle.. and yes COLD damn fries.. I would have to say. Close it now or get new management in there ASAP. We won't ever go back, Hardees here we come...

store niumber 11871 ishpeming MI has an excellent track record of not checking food orders before handing them thru the window, it seems every other order is shorted something, mcdonalds prices are already way to high for the quality of food, on top of that you dont always get what you pay for.

We have been to Sauk City, Wi. McDonalds many times b/4....This last time was not a pleasant visit. The cheeseburgers were COLD,as were the fries. Not sure why?, but not a good thing. Will think twice /4 we stop by again :(

just a few min ago. i waited 13 min for a coffee and a yougert..1 car ahead of me got 2 burgers and a drink....workers spent more time talking ....i was so pissed. i left with out my change....

I was at the McDonald's on Neil and Kirby in Champaign on 1/14/13 and noticed an employee who was pulling long rectangular trays out of a storage area and then lining them w/wax paper and then proceeding to put possibly pre-cooked eggs on the liners. The only problem I had was that she was licking her fingers in order to pull the sheets of wax paper out of the box! I will never order any egg product from this store again. Great way to spread the germs people!

We were just at McDonalds on Harrison St in Olympia Washington. (1) I went into the ladies bathroom and one toilet was "out of service" the other was full of feces. (2) I tried to wash my hands and BOTH of the water facets were not working properly. They would not come on then would come up, but only for a second. (How do the girls behind the counter was their hands?" (3) their ice machine was not working and when people would try to get ice it would make a huge noise and people would jump back. We sat there and 4 people tried to get ice, the people behind the counter did not seem to care (4) I went to get some napkins and there were 2 places to get napkins and straws (thank goodness) because one had only ONE napkin in it.

We always go to McDonalds because of the cleanliness of their restaurants. This was the only one that I have ever seen this dirty.

We are retirees, travel 6 months out of the year, we have been across the US several times. My favorite restaurant is "MCDONALDS" so I have been in many stores. Today, we stopped at 602 N D Salinas Blvd.,Donna,TX,78537 - in all my travels I have never seen a McDonalds as dirty as this one was. The floors - doors - hadn't been cleaned in days. No one was even attemping to be doing any cleaning. We almost left, but decided to stay - Our food was OK. I ask for Apple Pies, the girl said they didn't have any at the moment. We noticed there were pies "in the conpartment" where pies are kept. I said, there are in pies in there, and she said something that I could not understand, so we didn't have our pie's. I am sure we will be going back to McDonalds, but felt that you would be interested in the cleanliness of one of your stores. Thank You
