I have used moneygram both to send and receive.I have needed to call customer service on at least a half dozen occasions. The longest I have ever been on hold is 8 minutes but mostly it is less. I always have had helpful polite and pleasant customer service agents. I prefer monogram over all other services. The money has always got to the person I needed to receive and vice versa. Good company.
money order was stolen.. absolutely no help in getting any information to get it back.. paid more money to have copies sent.. never received anything!!! its been 5 months and still nothing!!!! worst company EVER!!!!!!!!
After being on hold for an hour and a half I called back and got stuck in a cycle of automated Bs and never even spoke with an actual person.
I called them and I was waiting for about 20 mins to talk to someone and they didn't even give me an answer to my question and kept saying the same thing over and over again.
Good luck to call them if you have any question! You could be on the phone for half an hour and still not able to tall to a live person! It's rediculous! My blood pressure go sky high. Please note that they did not try to help you!
