No help to resolve Amend problem
After speaking to a CPA at Turbo Tax/Intuit I was unable to do as suggested and so I spoke to someone in a email conversation, which didn't resolve the problem. I am still attempting to bring up my 2012 tax return and get to the screen that says "Welcome Back," and then be able to click on the link that says, "Manage your return." I need to be able to do a simple amend but cannot get to the information I was told would come up after logging in.
