ATT IPHONE INSURANCE

Bought the insurance to save money on a lost phone. Thought is was 0 deductable like I was told at sign up. Lost the phone- Found out I need another 199 to replace. Insurance with a 199 Deductable after 6 months. NOT!!! Going to buy that deal again. Deceptive store tactics.????? Losing the phone is bad enough- but finding out you got screwed on the insurance as well. Just not the way to make a customer of 9 years want to renew a contract. Choices are changing.

Customerr Service

This has to be one of the most frustrating customer service site ever created. It goes beyond testing one’s patience. It seems that every effort to discourage the customer speaking to a human is made by this company. They keep thanking me for my patience, which I lost 30 minutes ago. I would recommend the ATT CEO use Customer Service as his base to accomplish anything. Terrible Service site.

Please make phones workable. They break so easily now and At&t is supposed to be the new pacbell for godsakes. Increase sales of silver metal to make the phones more durable.

Worst service

They overbilled you and the rep on the phone was not helpful, just transferred you from one to another rep. The Uverse service is slow as my DSL before.

I plan to get the hell out as soon as my contract is up. It was stupid for me to switch to it. Sucker .....Regret every moment.

Do not recommend at all to anyone with the right mind.

No service

I just spent 25 minutes of my life trying to talk to someone at ATT about voicemail options on my home phone mail box. Unfortunately, the rep on the line in India could neither understand why I was calling, nor decide to whom to hand me off after my fifth attempt at explaining my reason for calling.

Mother's Account for Daughter Phone

This is what happened, My Daughter & I went to get Her ATT Service turned on for Her IPnone She already had - He sold Her the $50 mo Plan pay as You go, and gave Her all the Paperwork, She's 17 still in H.S. She has Her own Pass Code and I need it to See what Day We made the Purchase and to Pay Her Bill Over the Phone, She live 47 mi from Me, in an Area, where She has Bad Connection's all the Time (Milburn,Ok.) I've been trying to Connect w/Her to get a Pass Code to see when Her Bill is Due, She hasn't had it a Mo. Yet. Can You Help Me?

problems nothing but problems

You guys need to fix your issues you need to make note so that when I speak to a representative one day to the next representative knows what I'm talking about 1 year and a half ago I have what phones the phone was switched over to my current contract that I've had for 10 years these bones will return in 12 days but you charge me $900 for the count I never used and I can't get this issue resolved you put me in collections you in barrassed me in your store I have a block on my line when I cannot add and services to my phone or something I've never used I live in New Jersey Bergen County New Jersey you guys suck I really have it I'm going crazy

Unfair and Deceptive

We had been with our cable company happily for over 20 years. I can count with 1 (one) finger how many times our cable went out the last 20 years. 6 months ago, we got U-Verse installed because of the promise of faster and reliable service by sales people. We have had at least 5 service interruptions, 3 boxes replaced since getting the service. Total down time of over 30 hours. That is so wrong. They are now trying to fix the issue with another install. We were not told how long this one will take to finish. They found something wrong with the line while doing the fix, they can't put our service back because of a port issue. One guy says someone will be back tomorrow, the customer rep. says indefinitely. In the mean time, we have nothing on!!! The customer service supervisor we tried to get help from was rude, argumentative and confrontational. I got her name and ID # and we will escalate the issue. We were the one who should be upset after being on the phone for an hour with no resolution. I just feel let down tremendously by AT&T. We have young kids and an elderly person at home. I worry that they can't call out for help due to the lack of phone service prior to this current fix. We are filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau along with other state agencies. We will advise our friends via social media of this and will make sure that no one we know will have to experience what we have. We feel that we have been deceived and treated unfairly. We are going back to cable...

Exceptional employee

AT &T is fortunate to have an exceptional employee named Ben at their Bay City Michigan Mall store. After closing, he drove to our house in a driving rain, set up our wireless unit and even went outdoors to deal with the outside phone box which was the cause of our problems. He is the best example of what we expect from our future work force. Kudos to him.

nightmare

These guys are the worst. I'll never use them again... you get switched back and forth to a million different people and never get anywhere.

When asking to speak to a manager I get nothing but voicemails and never called back.

I have an outstanding bill that is completely bogus from 2 yrs ago that is knocking my credit and a collection agency sent me a letter.

I can't believe how pathetic this company is given their size.

UNACCEPTABLE

I lost access to my email morning of 04/02. After transferring me to 8 different numbers and at least 20 different at&t customer service reps, all of them combined have totally failed to restore my email access after more than 9 entire days. This is catastrophic for me. HORRIFIC service, no management whatsoever. Loyal customer for 45 years, worst service EVER from ANY company.

HORRIBLE

I have been on hold for 1 1/2 hrs; over an hr yesterday. I cancelled dialup last month; still billing. No one wants to talk to me. I did get a live person yesterday, 'till she found out what I was calling about, and sent me back to where I had been (supposedly) and then nothing but bad music. It is like the old SNL skit. "we don't care. we we don't have to. we're the phone company.

Worst Customer service ever!!

I had reciently got a home phone and I have had more problems with a land line than ever before. and when i call tec support they one barley speak english, and then this guy today yelled at me because i asked for a conframation letter. I need this to send out to a correctional facility. Now i been on hold for 25 min. waiting for a supervisor!!! and still waiting. All for a letter they messed up cause they sent one to me in spanish.... Thanks ATT
