Sadly the worst customer service and store business rapor ever! Bough a cord by accident for a Sprint account! New Milford sales rep so rude and Orange store manager said I am stuck with it and can't apply it to a friends account! 20 dollar loss!

Hate calling Customer Service

It is so hard to reach a person. They have you on hold for 10 minutes or more. Not able to give you straight answers concerning billing.

Service

AT&T refuse to install DSL service at my home location. My next door neighbor has DSL service. The only reason they would give is they are selling u-verse internet now and are no longer willing to sell DSL.

Dissatisfied

I have had bundled service with AT&T and Dish TV for many years. Anytime there is an issue with the Dish TV service, there is no one to assist. I call AT&T and am advised they now partner with another TV provider and refer me to Dish.... I call Dish and they say since it is bundled I have to talk to AT&T... I call AT&T who apologizes and refers me back to Dish who also apologizes and refers me back to AT&T. This goes around for 2 or 3 days until I just get tired of trying. I even called the executive complaint department who agreed to file a complaint however it would take 2 to 3 bus days for me to receive a call back. REALLY!?

This St George location is really dishonest. Not helpful if you have any sort of problem. I bought a product there that never worked for a birthday present, Took it back and they are rude and will not give an inch even though we have been loyal customers!!

Frustrating!

What can I say? With all these bad reviews and nothing seems to change. Customer service is great when they are selling you a service. But if you have a problem they follow their script. "I understand how you feel". "That must be so frustrating". "Let me transfer you to someone who will take care of that for you". But nothing!! Just hours on the phone without the problem being resolved!!

We have been without phone service since Saturday!!!! The only contact I have been able to reach is a MACHINE!! ACCORDING TO THE MACHINE I can expect my servise to be restored by THURSDAY!!! I HAVE GIVEN MY CELL#--STILL NO CONTACT FROM ATT.

customer disservice

Once again, I'm disappointed. For starters, the hours listed above for customer service are incorrect. Supposedly, we're supposed to be able to talk to someone until 10 p.m. on Saturday. Yet I was just told (at 6 p.m. Central Time) that offices are closed. Two, trying to talk to a human being is impossible. Automated systems are useless except for the most basic of issues--which aren't the ones that most people are calling about. GRRRR!!!

I spent over an hour on the phone fighting for what three past AT&T c/s reps have promised, and NOTHING changed. I have been calling about my small business line since Oct. 2013, still not resolved................just horrible service, ready to yank the land line FOR GOOD and use only my T-Mobile cell phone.

Terrible Sevice

You lie to people, are rude to people. Your Vendor "Connect Tech" does not provide the service that we the customer's are billed for. You then have the gall to say that Connect Tech is a separate company and therefore you disavow any of their actions.

I think it's time for the IL Atty General office to become involve.

The Worst Co. in the USA, they sould be closed by the FCC can't locate a manager with whom matters can be resolved. BAD< BAD< BAD

At&T disconnected all my Prodigy.net Email addresses, charged me for dial up service for 10 years that I did not have, and refuse to restore my Email addresses.
