I want to know why my prescription for Levitra was not accepted. I called to find out the answer and was disconnected. The local CVS wants $800 for a 20 pill prescription.
These people don't have a clue in hell what they are doing. My doctor called them with a new prescription over ten days ago and they still don't have any record of it.
This is the worst service to deal with. I don't get insulin on time. The people that work in customer service are not educated and are rude. It's been difficult ever since our insurance forced us to use them. If people weren't forced this company would be out of business, I would never use them on my own.
What worse situation can there be when someone is trying to get meds and can't. Are these people doing this as a joke or is their system/customer service really this bad? Thankfully I'm not on Obamacare, but I might as well be.
If awards were given for the poorest customer service in the country this bunch would win the Booby Prize. I have spent 3 weeks trying to resolve a $21.00 generic prescription. If they can't do this they need to get out of the business.
A nightmare!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
After getting past the automated computer voice and finally a human being, I have been placed on hold. That was exactly 52 minutes ago. I think they forgot about me.
Yes, dealing with these folks is more painful than a root canal.
No communication that my order was cancelled. No reason given on their website. Only call phone number on back on ID card. I never received a card. So had to do a separate search to even contact them.
A nightmare--redundant; stupid; unresponsive.
I received my medicine in the mail and it came with the caps open and the pills in bottom of the bag. Now I have to view past medicine and find the ones to the right bottle. I am glad I am not with a mental problem.
