Don't display any goodwill or help in relation to one of their products. Very disappointed and ignorant email correspondence and phone contact. Even got the wrong advice but never any apology. New product - no service - never again. Top range product - worst support ever.
I never received my product. I made several phone calls to support with no answers or help. After six weeks, Dyson decided to refund my money. They said it would take two billing cycles before I received the refund; in the meantime I’m being charged interest on my credit card. Where’s the Justice in that? I will never buy a dyson again and will spread the word of there inadequate service.
