I drove 30 miles to get the New Reeces peanut butter doughnuts that was on Facebook.they told me it was not available in the United States.im not satisfied why would you advertise it if its not available.I am expecting a free dozen doughnuts
I recently visited a store located in Madison Tn, on Gallatin Rd. As I pulled into the drive thru to pick up a dozen glazed doughnuts, I was informed they were out. I have a very difficult time comprehending Krispy Kreme running out of the most basic product they sell. Please help me comprehend!!! Thank You
customer service at Clarksville Indiana location sucks! The employer was rude! Just because your busy doesn't mean you can't be nice to your customers. I didn't receive donuts or coffee I order. They upset me so that I just left. probably won't go back for a very long time. if ever! I'm sick of poor manager skills. She did nothing about it!!!

Customer service at the la puente location is terrible!!!!! Staff is rude and most of the time I spend my money elsewhere to avoid a bad time but wish there was another Krispy Kreme nearby to go to!!!
