I am not a customer, don't play video games but you can use my personal credit card to pay for services not tendered. I tried to contact someone regarding the theft of my credit card to no response. Shame on you corporate America.
I have been trying for 3 days to talk to someone in support. I apparently do not have something right, like name on account, and am unable to get in. keeps saying wrong info. today they debited my acc't 77.94 but I can't get into the games because I have blocked. why don't they let you talk to support???? no email was sent saying to change password or that I have been blocked. what the heck is up with not being able to talk to anyone
The site lists there phone lines are only opened from 6:00 p.m. until 2:00 a.m. Probably need to call after 6:00 at night to get issues resolved.
No response, phone service is down. Blizzard is officially just like every other business in America they don't care about the customer anymore!
they keep screwing up my WoL account by returning it to starter edition. I can't submit a ticket because my authenticator code doesn't work and I can't call because they shut down their phone lines. WTF?
I never call i just use the online support or the email support, they always respond really fast and i have no problem with them at all!
I think Blizzards customer support are great! They're very patient and very nice, never had a problem with them.
great game thats really fallen off in every aspect of the word fallen. they screwed up the payment system, they keep normal business hours during the work week and your gonna spend enough time waiting to hear from someone that you cant do it during the work day. i was an avid supporter of this company in addition to being a WoW player for almost 7 years, however now quite honestly i wish the worst to you and yours blizzard entertainment. hopefully the new starcraft flops, with the coming release of the xbox 720 and ps4, and you fall out of business in the next 3 years
i cant get in contact with customer support, i call about every 10 minuits and every time the que is full, last year i called and they were full i was just put on hold uintil there was an open spot, what happened to that
I've never had a problem with customer support. My issues have always been solved over the phone. You just have to know what questions to ask!
Blizzard customer service is the worst of any company I have dealt with. For a simple issue I was told to wait 2 hours, then 2 days, then 5 days, then 10 days, and 15 days later no resolution of my issue.
Being a fan of Blizzard Enterteintment, I feel very frustrated every time I have to call their customer service department. Every time I call, if I select the english part of the automated message, when time comes to reach a rep. the Q is full and tells me to call back later, I also notice that they have reduced the hours you can actually call. I lucky I speak 2 languages, and evn so, when I choose to go through the menus in spanish, and time to reach a rep comes, the Q says wait time is X minutes, but you end up waiting triple that. I feel sorry for those that cant reach reps on the english side of the phone system. They need to improved this to keep good relations with their customers.
