Won't answer phone
I tried to call customer service about an online problem and was on hold for over 8 minutes and then the line went dead. Come on now, is that any way to treat your loyal customers!

The customer service line was so slow my phone went dead. Not very good service

I love this store they have great deals and you can print the coupons online for an additional discount-way to go-Khols.

fast very friendly. I called very early ..... it was nice to know people can be nice no matter what the time or how easy or how hard the question. Nice experience for a chg. thank you, love kohl's. On line/In store always friendly & helpful. they need 5 Stars
apt9 peacoat in plus
I would like to know why your Stores do not sale apt 9 in women's 3x in Cleveland, Ohio? That is sad, I would have to order online, how do I know if it fit. That is such a inconvenience!
