i purchased two games and one of them didn't download

I just won on the new game. I won the spotlight, which was over 1 million chips and didn't get the chips. Please fix this problem and give me my chips.

I purchased a game that would not work. I contacted customer service and was given a code for a free game. Chose a game I liked and used the code....2 weeks later my bank account was charged 6.99 for this "free" game!. Contacted customer service to find out why and no response after 5 days!!!!! I will never buy another game from big fish again!

I purchased plants vs zombies and it stopped working then i uninstaled and then when i tried to re-instal plants vs zombies it said i had to buy it even though i bought it what can i do?

wont accept email address or users name. won't accept or password. Didn't send back up disc. My games disappeard from the computer: Lets start anew BigFish and get the show oh the road. I have paid for & downloaded this game and it comes up with an error (violation at 0x0308EFAE) then terminates. Can you help me fix the problem?
