Ok I was rookie 5 then ranked up to pro 1 and played 2v2 and it lagged me out and deranged me back to rookie 5 why did it do that when I worked so hard to get pro 1

Umm... ok then...

I could not reach them for 3 HOURS!!! I called every hour. They eventually answered and fixed my problem quick. All it takes is patience. But guess what, I DONT THINK ANYONE IS PATIENT!!!!!
