Worst service I have ever experienced

I normally do not complain but the experience I had at Arby's today drew the line. First, I was rushed to order and never got to finish ordering. Then, I asked for a specific drink and and was told straight out that they didn't carry it when it was right on the sign next to the menu board. I also specically told the crew member that I wanted a roast beef and swiss with the dipping sauce and received just a roast beef and cheddar. I ordered a 12 piece of bites and received only six, and the part that pissed me off the most was that I drove over 20 minutes to this Arby's in Cortland just to get a crappy order and pay almost $16.00 for the three things I received. Now does that sound right? I will definitely never give this Arby's my service again. They ripped me off and the customer service was rediculous. I have never been so disgusted.

NEW KINGS HAWAIIAN SANDWICH

Just tried "NEW" sandwich did not enjoy the sauce and pickles. the sweetness of the roll offset the roast beef. BUT Back tomorrow to try the other one with out sauce and pickle.

This sandwich does not ring as ARBY'S.

bad cups carrier

Order to large drinks was given one of your's cup holders I placed It in the floor of my new car when I turned out onto the road both drinks tummble out and as latly the lids did not stay on. Now I have a floorboad socked in soft drink , I'm going to file a lawsuit against Arby's cause you supply those items throughout your chain.

consumer no longer

My Husband and I went to get a rueben today , And they were cold, the rye bread not grilled or even toasted. Come On! If you think you can keep charging people HARD EARNED MONEY for Awful food and bad service much longer you probably can ,But youll not get another dime from us ever !

Hours

We live in Ohio and go to the Arby's on Lynn Road in Rootstown. We have arrived both times on a Friday evening after a basketball game or a play around 9:45pm for a late sandwich and the hours on the door says that the inside hours on Friday are until 11:00pm and the drive thru is until 12:00. The open sign is luminated and all the lights are on inside but both times the doors have been locked. No one insight. So you go to the drive thru and you wait and wait for the "kids" to decide to answer the drive thru. This is very rude and very unprofessional. I will not be patronizing your restaurant again if this is the way you run your business.

The loaded baked potatoes

The baked potatoes have not been on the menu for five years I was told, no matter what the recent ads on television say. And the store has not been notified by anyone that they will be put on again. I consider this false advertising. Store is located in Sadsbury near Gap, PA.

very rude service.

The people who work for arby's look sad all time. Well tonight my order thruogh the drive thru was bad. I got half of my order and ripped off. So i called up the manager and he answered by ' aah So What Up? I said hi my order was'nt right when i came home i relized that my order is half missing. He then said whats wrong? I need my apple turn over and sanwich plus missing items also a large frie. He said whats the reciept say? I said its in car but i was just there five min. Ago. So he said my cook says 'everything is there and made' further more manager states 'so youre fries dont cost much no problem and maybe the apple turn over to' states the manager. So he said come on bye and hung up phone. I dont want to go back just to get a refund for food i didnt receive. So im just sick and tired of societies bullies.

Kernersville NC bad

Ihave alway been an Arby's fan. Today I went through the drive-thru. Immediately, a man asked to take my order in such a loud voice that I jumped. I asked for a minute to look at the menu. When I placed my order, it was with a different male voice. The menu choice was for mini twins or mini combo. I ordered the mini twins. He asked if I wanted the combo. No, I replied, just the mini twins. Again, he asked if I wanted the mini twins combo. No thank you I again replied. They looked good with french onion rings on top of the meat - IN THE PICTURE. When I got home, no french onion rings. I called and was told there was nothing they could do. Off to Hardees, TacoBell, McDonalds, Burger King or anywhere else where service still matters.

Poor Service

I received a Reuben Sandwich with no meat, sour kraut or cheese. I only had bread and dressing. When I called back to explain my situation there was a reluctance to accommodate me. When I went back to pick up another sandwich, I did not get an apology or sorry for your inconvenience.

Employees

I have been contiplating writing this for a few weeks and decided today tsend my comments in. I have visited the Arbys in Versailles only a few times, even when I lived in Versailles, and each experience was bad. The food was cold and when I complained I was told there was nothing that could bedone about, that was on two occasions. On another occasion the employees were arguing among themselves and being very rude to the customers. One cutomer asked to see a manager and was told by the manager that they argued and was rude alot nd there was nothing that she could do. I was at the counter and some of the employees were talking about one of the other employees. I was so appalled by what I was hearing that I just walked out. I have friends that go there for lunch on occasions because " it's never busy" and they say it it awful the way the employees are. There are a couple of the young men and young ladies that work there that are professional but sadly very few. I'm not trying to case these people to lose their jobs I just think someone should go in and investigate what is going on in this restaurant before your employees cause it to close.
