Simple Mobile Customer Service

This is really a bad service. You can't to anyone when you have a problem!!!

I must say I have never receive any customer service like the way I receive form this service. It is the worst and i think the company should look into it. I transfer my number to your service on the weekend and i was told it would be done before Monday and to my surprise the phone was not working. Up ttil today Thursday the phone is not working and what is the point of paying your monthly bill without even using it and you all expect me to re up at the end of the month which to me if not fair.Please kindly look into that and the false advert on your website should be taking down seriously.

Today I was planning on getting a phone turned on to simple mobile because I heard of it through friends, but I couldn't get a hold of not one simple mobile dealer in Honolulu....unreal, all 7 of the numbers listed on the simple mobile website was wrong numbers, most of them didn't even know what I was talking about when I asked 1 question, "Is this simple mobile?" I'm just puzzled by your web site and I'm curious to know where you get your information from to post on the site and also, what would people think once they find out all your advertisements are not real...what kind of business are you really running? Please look into it, its very misleading and false, not good for customers.
