This scam of a company needs to be investagated

This company needs to be investagated for its unlawful and deceptive operation. People need to contact thier local better business bureau and file a compliant aginst priceline. Also file with local and state district attorney offices. This co. has the worst customer service dept you will ever have to deal with.Customers be aware its not if they will get you, its when and for how much.

SHAM

Booked a hotel a week ago. Read a review from this past weekend that indicated there was a car breakin, goods stolen, that the non-smoking rooms smelled of smoke and the rooms were disagreeably dirty. Called and talked with Skye in the Phillipines who pretty much told me that they stand by the hotel's rating and would not change the reservation or make any modifications. This is the LAST booking I will have through priceline. And I have used them before with good results....NOT this time.

I'm highly delighted

My wife and I booked a trip which included a round trip airfare and a budget rental car for 7 days. At the last minute before our flight we had a death in the family. Based upon what I read about cancellation policies on Priceline.com, I chose to cancel my air flight on my own. American Airlines was very understanding and sympathetic and am in negotiation which them for giving us vouchers for the amount of the tickets

My next issue was with the rental car, and after getting through to a real person in Customer Care, they are returning the ENTIRE deposit in 1-2 days!

YES, we are extremely happy with Priceline and will use them again.

confused

I wanted to buy a ticket through priceline but after reading all the negative comments and the fact that I am not provided with a time choice before I pay for the ticket makes me think that I am headed for trouble.

I misplaced my email regarding my itinery and call customer service a week before my dates of travel to get another copy emailed to me and they told me I didn't have a reservation

DO NOT USE PRICELINE EVER!!!!

This has got to be the worst customer service I have ever received in my life!!! They overdraft my account for a hotel that i cancelled the reservations for within 5 mins. Then when I tried to call back to get the issue resolve I could not get a live operator. DO NOT USE PRICELINE!!!!!

i tried booking a flight from NY to DTW, after i put credit card # and everything, Message showed up saying that, ticket could not be booked at this price, and lock me out of the screen, when i did new search flight is still there, don't understand why couldn't i book it,

Shame Priceline Shame!!!

Need to speak to a real decision maker and unable even with numerous calls, emails, online & Facebook. i'm ready to visit corporate office!!! Priceline made a mistake conveying info and now we are suffering the consequences. This is totally unacceptable and unfair especially since this matter involves a 29-year-old family member who suddenly died.

claim process

had to cancel three day motel stay due to wife's medical issue. purchased insurance at cost $5.00 per day. upon cancelling informed credited all but $75.00 of which i had to go thru berkely insurance. online form provided which was very unreasonable for a$75.00 claim. refuse to provide it to the attending cardiologist for review & signature. if this was a high dollar transaction no problem. correspnding with berkley insurance to rectify. pensacola, fl
